Terms and Conditions
Spaces for hunting and fishing bookings are limited and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum, non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full 60-days prior to the scheduled hunt for big game hunts and 30-days prior to the scheduled hunt for small game hunts. The remaining balance for fishing excursions is due 60-days prior to the scheduled booking. Deposits and payments for bookings are non-refundable. However, if the client must cancel their scheduled booking due to unforeseen circumstances, Monquin Creek Outdoors may negotiate other arrangements or issue a refund dependent on the circumstance and as determined by Monquin Creek Outdoors. If a client can no longer fulfill their spot for a scheduled booking, Monquin Creek Outdoors will allow another hunter/angler to hunt/fish in their spot unless the license or permit for the hunt/fishing excursion was drawn in a special drawing or a lottery. The client is responsible for finding their replacement. The client is also responsible for communicating these changes with Monquin Creek Outdoors prior to the scheduled booking. All hunters/anglers are responsible for acquiring all required hunting/fishing licenses and permits that apply to their scheduled booking. Payments are accepted via Venmo or by credit card. There will be a 4% additional charge for credit card payments. By checking this box, you certify that you agree with these terms and conditions and that all information provided is true.
The client understands that while Monquin Creek Outdoors strives for each hunter/angler to fill their tag/harvest/catch the target species, a fulfilled tag/harvest/catch is not guaranteed. The client understands and accepts all risks involved in hunting/fishing. The hunt will be considered over once a hunter fills their specified tag, and no refund will be made if there are unused days/time.
