Our experience includes managing forests, optimizing resources, and creating wetlands and protected areas– including conservation easements that protect wildlife habitats from being developed– by transforming the land from agricultural production and turning it into a protected resource for our wildlife.

As a small company, we pride ourselves on not having overhead costs, which enables us to offer consulting services to help other landowners. This provides an exclusive service to our customers because of our expertise and partners, such as Wetland Studies and Solutions.
Our consulting services include consulting for forestry management, pond management, food plot design, wetland design, animal density with newer technology (including cameras and drones), predator management, and trapping.

Wetlands
Our experience in managing wetlands includes pond management for irrigation purposes for agricultural fields; impoundment design with water flow construction to elevate and reduce water levels as needed; stream restoration; wetland mitigation, pond management for fishing; and water quality control.
Family Farms
Operating as a family farm ourselves, we are knowledgeable about how to optimize resources and what to offer to increase value and outreach in the community. Through the proven success of our own, Monquin Creek is happy to help other farm owners discover and optimize what works best for them. Our experience includes developing camping opportunities, helping landowners transform into wedding venues, managing vacation rentals, and coordinating educational farm tours.
