Wild Goose Breast Meat
Pork Shoulder Meat
Instructions:
Follow the instructions that come with the sausage kit for making the sausage.
Once sausage is made, roll the sausage into a loaf shape. And when read to cook set your
smoker or pellet grill to 200 degrees. Cook until I=the internal temperature of the sausage hit
165 degrees. The it reaches this temperature remove and place eon rack to cool.
Refrigerate for a few hours before slicing and serving with some crackers!
